After you have searched our extensive database of apartments and decided where you want to look, simply print the Lease Confirmation Form, take it with you to every apartment you visit (do this so that you remember who referred you). 5. When you close on your new home, fill out the New Home Rebate Form and you will receive your $1000 new home rebate by a reduction in closing cost or by adding upgrades.
